Generally it takes about an hour for us to receive the photos, choose the best image and produce the products. Sometimes we are as fast as 30 minutes if the event isn't too busy, or if it is very busy, it can take up to an hour and a half. If you need to leave we can always arrange postage

As you are aware, action photography isn't easy. Our excellent team of photographers do a great job at capturing 95% of our orders, however there are elements that are out of our control that can result in a missed photo. If we do miss your photo we try to book you in for another event so you don't miss out, but if there is no other option, we guarantee a full refund.

The best stroke is whatever your favourite stroke is! Our favourites are Breaststroke and Butterfly as they are great action shots to capture and almost always result in an awesome photo. Backstroke and Freestyle are harder shots to get, as they can have more splash, or the swimmer might not even breath our direction, however we do mostly nail those shots as well. If you are racing Breast or Fly, we recommend ordering for those races, although if this isn't an option or you would prefer Free or Back then we will always be up for the challenge to get an amazing shot.

Absolutely! Framing the photo only takes 5-10 minutes.

We highly recommend booking your photo in with us prior to the race. Our photographers do take random photos when we don't have bookings, but if you want us to specifically zero in on your athlete, we do require a pre-booking.

They sure do! After the event we sort all the photos and catalogue them to go onto our photo website. This is a timely process + the upload speed isn't the best, but we generally have them up 1-2 weeks after the event. Go to www.medalshotsphotos.com to check out the gallery.

Yes we do take as many podium photos at the event as possible. Sometimes our photographers aren't available for a podium photo if they have an order in a race, however they do their best to capture as many podiums as possible. If you want to get a dive photo, we will put in a request for out photographers to go for this shot. Dive photos aren't a guarantee, but we do commonly get a great shot. We always take extra photos during the race as well, just in case the dive photo isn't the best.
